Localization Not Gentrification Tee

Those scruffy little basement clubs were the areas lifeblood. Now, it's all penthouse flats and global brands. They destroyed the very thing that drew people there in the first place - it's superficial sleaziness." While this quite may not be about Oceanside, it sure does sound familiar doesn't it... and probably fits in most cool places that we grow to love...   If we don't like what's happening, we need to stand up and be heard!
